All things green and smoothie are super on-trend in fitness. So, it was only a matter of time before I took the plunge and tried something both green and blended. I was hesitant. I was doubtful. I was wrong. This stuff is GOOD and so good for you!!
Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup SoDelicious original coconut milk beverage
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe mango
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 medium dried pitted date (or a teaspoon of sugar)
- 1 cup of ice
Here’s what you do:
In a blender, combine the coconut milk, mango, spinach, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and the date and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend again until smooth.
And that’s it!! It’s a great way to start your day. Embrace the green, y’all. 😉
